Hello, and welcome to the Griffiths Seniors Centre's Exercises for Seniors. Sherrie Smith, our talented and motivating instructor, hails from Okotoks. Sherrie has set up a program that keeps an average group of fifteen ladies (plus one guy) working out twice a week.

Monday mornings at 11:00 sees us working our way through stretching, balancing, and flexibility exercises for an hour. The Centre provides the exercise mats, balls and rubber bands that we use.



On Tuesday morning at 10:30 we meet in the basement, as Bonnie's Breakfasts are in progress upstairs.


Do come out and give this program a try. The only requirement is that you are, or become, a Griffiths Seniors Centre member. No advance sign-up is necessary - just show up!
